⭐ BALANCE – THE FOUNDATION OF SEXUAL HEALTH AT EVERY STAGE OF LIFE ⭐

Sexual health does not depend on age or on any specific sport. What truly matters is the balance between physical activity – rest – nutrition – and mental well-being.
This principle applies at every stage of life: young adults, middle-aged individuals, and older adults alike.
In clinical practice, I see many cases of low libido, fatigue, or sexual dysfunction that are not caused by hormonal disorders, but rather by an imbalanced lifestyle: overtraining, inadequate recovery, chronic late nights, poor nutrition, or prolonged stress.
🔥 NO SPORT “CAUSES LOW LIBIDO.” The issue lies in how you train.
There is currently no scientific evidence that running, tennis, pickleball, or similar sports directly reduce sexual desire.
What truly affects sexual health includes:
• Excessive training intensity
• Insufficient recovery time
• Sleep deprivation
• Chronic stress
• Poor nutrition
• Failure to recognize the body’s overload signals
When the body is overworked → testosterone decreases, cortisol increases → leading to reduced energy, decreased libido, and impaired sexual function.
💪 TRAIN RIGHT – TRAIN ENOUGH: A STRATEGY TO MAINTAIN SEXUAL PERFORMANCE
1️⃣ Right intensity – appropriate for your condition
Do not train blindly or push beyond your limits.
2️⃣ Sufficient recovery
Sleep, nutrition, hydration, and rest days are just as important as training.
3️⃣ Proper technique – with special attention to pelvic floor muscles (PMFT)
🌟 PMFT – A KEY LINK IN SEXUAL HEALTH
In men, PMFT helps to:
• Improve erectile function
• Enhance ejaculatory control
• Increase pelvic muscle endurance
• Reduce urgency, incontinence, and chronic pelvic pain
In women, PMFT helps to:
• Enhance sexual pleasure
• Improve vaginal flexibility
• Prevent pelvic organ prolapse
• Optimize urinary and bowel function
A strong pelvic floor stabilizes the core, reduces sports injuries, improves performance, and provides comprehensive support for sexual health.
✅ CONCLUSION
“Balance is the key to sexual health at every age.”
Appropriate training, proper recovery, and focused pelvic floor care help maintain performance, confidence, and a sustainable sex life.
👉 What matters is not which sport you do, but how you do it.
